How does pricing work?
Every venue is different — we tailor a price based on your business size, location count, and what you need. The starting price is £35/month for a single small venue. Bigger or multi-site businesses pay a fair quote we'll work out together. Tell us about your business and we'll get back to you in 24 hours.
Can I try Candour before I pay?
Yes — download the app, build out your menu, loyalty card, feedback setup, all free. When you're ready to go live, you sign in (we capture your name, email, business name) and we'll be in touch to help you set up. You then get a one-month trial of the live product before any payment is due.
Can I change my menu after setting it up?
Yes, instantly, from your phone. Change a price, mark something unavailable, add a special. It's live immediately.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes — we offer both monthly and annual. Annual saves around 17% versus paying monthly for a year. We'll work out which suits you on the call.
Do you support Android for businesses?
